Eyebrows are like a flash to the face and have a huge impact on your whole look.
Unfortunately, most of us have plucked too much of our eyebrows at one point, or another! This means that the brows will grow back thinner and sparse, making it difficult to achieve a full or beautiful shape.
If you are not satisfied with the size, shape, or color of your eyebrows we have numerous options for eyebrow treatments that would suit you.
As with all of our treatments here at ALINA VELICA, we are happy to advise you if you are not sure what is best for you.

EYEBROW SHAPING & TINTING WITH HENNA
If you want to enhance the look of your browbones but don’t want to commit to holding them a little too long, sculpting or/and tinting are ideal.
Our Brow-Expert will first analyze your existing brows in order to achieve the best look based on your face shape. We use special brow tweezers to remove the extra hairs to create a flattering, equal shape and symmetry for your eyebrow look.
For the best results, we also recommend tinting with Henna to enhance the fullness of the browbones. That also replaces the use of eyebrow products in your makeup routine.
The tinting or shaping of eyebrows with our henna lasts at least 2 weeks on the skin and up to 8 weeks on the hair.

MICROBLADING
Microblading is a semi-permanent treatment in which pigments are added to the skin to help shape and define your brows. This can also lengthen the size of short eyebrows that would otherwise have to be handled differently or lengthened.
Our SPMUA (semi-permanent makeup Artist) uses face mapping to determine the arch of your eyebrows and to achieve symmetry of both eyebrows. A numbing solution is then applied to minimize the inconvenience of the treatment. The pigment is applied in hair strokes with a micro-blade composed by nano-needles, to fill in sparse areas and give the brows a better and fuller shape. Whether you want your forehead to look natural or strong, microblading can be tailored to suit your personal preferences and face shape.
Microblading is ideal for anyone looking for a 2-3 years solution to full and shaped looking brows. Depending on the skin type, a refill is only necessary every 12 to 18 months.

Eyebrow Shading
Eyebrow shading (also known as microshading) is similar to microblading but has a different application technique.
This technique is performed together with the microblading, increasing the intensity of the pigment and creating a makeup eyebrow look.
After creating the hair strokes, at the beginning of the eyebrow, a shading movement is performed from the end of the eyebrow, to create a bold eyebrow look.
As with microblading, the eyebrow shading is semi-permanent.

EYEBROWS POWDERING
Are ideal for persons who don’t have almost any eyebrow hair to none.
If you don’t have a good shape of your eyebrows, or if your forehead hairs are too light, shaping and filling in with makeup every day can take a lot of time and effort.
A more permanent solution is to powder your eyebrows. A treatment that creates a natural look for your natural brows. The eyebrows become weaker in tone towards the forehead at the edges.
This creates a softer look without having to paint it on yourself every day. The pigment will fade over time, but it can be topped up as needed. The subtle finish of the eyebrow powder makes it ideal for those who want a long-lasting look on their brows with a softer finish.
